To develop the future leaders in our concrete community by offering interesting learning moments while networking and serving our community.

Main Objectives:
• Develop - personal and professional learning
• Network - exposure to other piers and leaders in the concrete & construction communities
• Professional Development – important leadership skills, time management, etc.
• Community - roll your sleeves up and help the concrete community
